It’s been one year since I started using the Achieve Nerdvana Blog to geek out about sci-fi, science, technology, and anything else I think is nerdworthy. All this blogging has made me hungry.
To celebrate Achieve Nerdvana’s 1 year birthday, I’ve found the Top 10 cakes worthy of any geek’s celebration! Which one do you want to dig into?
The kitchen full of pastry gnomes at Mike’s Amazing Cakes clearly rolled a Natural 20 on their “craft cake” skill check when baking this dragon cake. My fave on the list for sure!
This cake version of “The White City” looks like a miniature from the WETA workshop — look at that detail!
Darth Vader demasculated! Who knew the Dark Side could be so cute?
Lots more geek eats after the jump!
Atari 2600 Cake
This cake is from a simpler time: when video game controllers had one button.
Give your stomach a reboot.
Batman Cake
Holy calories, Batman!
“Eat my face, you will.”
So eat we all!
Will the mushroom make me bigger?
One cake to fill us all!
So… Which cake do you want at your next geek gathering?

ATARI ALL DAY BABY!!!!
Aaron — yeah, my other buddy voted for the Atari too. Got some old school gamers out there!
Happy Birthday!
Dude, Yoda was floating objects around before Atari.
Then again D&D was the inspiration for some of the first computer games…
Gimmie some Mario!!!
They all look amazing, to be quite honest. But if I had to choose, It’d be the White City cake. It’s like a piece of art!
All you are missing is a Back to the Future Cake! Feel free to add this one:
