Thats right — the fine folks who are making the G.I. Joe film decided that the man who played “Jumpy Thug” in Batman Begins is the right man for the role of Destro in the 2009 big screen adaptation of the popular cartoon. His name is David Murray. I’m sure you’ve heard of him.
Also, it would seem as though the Mummy himself, Arnold Vosloo, is playing Zartan.
Mind you these are all rumors, but still something to think about. I mean, what is going through their heads? Marlon Wayans as Ripcord? Anyone remember Ripcord?
Yeah, me too. This is not the Joe’s that I grew up with. No mention of who is playing Cobra Commander either. With the way things are going, look for Hugo Weaving.
