Final Crisis will be directly following the 52 issues “Countdown to Final Crisis” this May. It will be 8 over-sized issues with the first issue being written by Grant Morrison and Geoff Johns. Morrison will be the series main writer. From the poster you can gather that someone HUGE in the DCU is going to shuffle off this mortal coil. The thing that really bothers me isn’t that Batman could die, it’s when Grant Morrison said “This will be The Lord of the Rings of the DCU”.
What that means is, 8 issues of walking, concluded by homosexual undertones between Hawkman and Mr. Mxyzptlk. Go DC. Well, at least its better than anything Quesada is doing.
